Change / Cancellation Policy

Each reservation has a minimum charge of (1) hour. Charges are calculated by the total amount of time it takes the driver to drive from "Company Station/Airport" to the pick up location, the transport of passenger(s), and the amount of time it takes the driver to return to "Company Station/Airport". This type of charge is commonly referred to "Company Station to Company Station charge". Cancellation Policy: Carrier reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in the event that the request for transportation is canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours from time of cancellation notification to time of requested service. Cancellation with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice will be charge the full amount of the chartered service.
